Obituaries ANNE HEMINGWAY Anne (Neudorf) Hemingway of RR 3, Brussels passed away at her residence on Monday, Feb. 29, 2016. She was in her 73rd year. Anne was the beloved wife of Ross and will be sadly missed by her children Darren and Sarah Hemingway, Hamilton; Lyle and Cindy Hemingway, Coldwater; Darlene and Jonathan Schmidt, Okotoks, Alberta and her grandchildren Kira and Hannah Hemingway, Luke, Joel and Danielle Hemingway and Leah and Caleb Schmidt. She was also loved by her siblings, Jake Neudorf, Mary Rempel, Eva Hofenk (Hans), Susan Lamb (Gordon), John Neudorf (Marie), Nettie Wagner (Ron) and sisters-in-law Helen Neudorf, Tena Neudorf and Linda Neudorf. Anne was predeceased by siblings Tina Wiebe, Peter Neudorf, Helen Klassen, Abe Neudorf, Bill Neudorf and Betty Friesen Wiebe. Cremation has taken place. Friends will be received by the family from 2 - 4 p.m. and 7 - 9 p.m. on Friday, March 11 at Brussels Mennonite Fellowship where her life will be celebrated on Saturday, March 12 at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to Brussels Mennonite Fellowship would be appreciated by the family. She was the great-grandmother of Adam and Jess, Allie and Matt, Tyson, Kelsey and Jackie and the great -great- grandmother of Billie and Johnnie. Marjorie was the sister of Joyce and Don Schatte, Phyllis Bain, Ken Horton, Eleanor Campbell, Janet and Bill Dallimore and Sharon and Ron Douglas and the sister-in-law of Donna Johnston. She was predeceased by her husbands George Merkley, George Fairish and Robert Harkness, sister Florence Stapleton, brothers Walter and Cecil Horton, son-in-law Jack Wright, sister-in-law Jean Horton and brothers-in-law Bill Bain and Ron Campbell. Visitation was held at McBurney Funeral Home, Wingham on Wednesday. A private graveside service will be held in the spring at Wingham Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Canadian Diabetes Association, Wingham Hospital Foundation or the Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
