A. ' Yes, so long •as your recognized. residence.' is in

A. You may enrol at any time BLIT you will lose the two
months' free coverage, and you will be required towait
three months foliowin date application. is •received before

Q. How does a resident make application for, Pay-Diregt enrolment?.:
.A. If you will. not be registered through a group, complete an application form which you can
obtain at a bank or hospital. In communities without a bank the form may be obtained from the
. post office. Mail the form to the Commission with your cheque or money order or one month's
