AND iWHEREAS investigations
were made' in . connection there-
with and it is deemed advisable
that certain regulations be pas-
sed • regulating the keeping' .sof.
such fowls and.. anilinals
Now Therefore Be It Enacted:
1. That no, person shall keep
or permit to be kept on his own
preinises 'or, on: the premise, s of.
any .other .person', within the
municipal limits of ,the Corpora-
tion 'of the village, of •'Lucknow,
any domestic fowl, cattle, goats,
swine, rabbits,'' Mink,, • foxes, ..or
other animals, except , dogs and.
cats, at any time where they ` are
normally harboured »Within;, a
distance .of '.300,feet of any re'si-
dential..' property.
2.•. No person who is the owner
of or has the. possession,. and
the control of any such animals,
,except. ,.dogs'• and eats, referred
to. in Paragraph .'1, shall causes
'suffer or permit any of such an-:
imals to be at large at any 'time
on any public street, . highway
or other public property within
the 'municipal •limi.ts of: the Cor-
poration of, the..:Village" of .Luck-

Any person who contravenes
any . of the .provisions :of f ' this..
'By -Law shall be .:liable to sum-
mary conviction by the presid-
ing Magistrate to a fine not .ex
ceeding. $50.60 and in . de. fault of
