Teachers are. like farmers.-. The
poor ones do a mediocre job of
working with what they hare;
refuse to learn' .new methods, Let
their implements ' grow rusty,

'work, and avoid it whenever pos-
sible. •

of what they have, keep' in. touch
with new methods, .keep their:
