her spleen. ,The collapse of the

day it was restored.
Mrs. Henderson ` was taken. ` to

rays. on Sunday.revealed' the
seriousness of her'• injuries she
was rushed to Victoria Hospital,'
London, where' an emergency Op-
eration • .was • performed , in the
early hours •of Monday morning.
Evelyn's condition was 'cause

on Tuesday was able to. speak:

were• much cheered ::.by her :pro-
gress, . and it is :hoped that she
will be home again after'a couple
of weeks in the: hospital.
