The Editor
The Lucknow Sentinel • Q
Dear Editor: ,
I enclose $3,00 to pay my sub.
scription for another year, I have
been. a . subscriber for 57 years
and it comes as a news, letter.
I notice that ugly head called
inflation has appeared once ,more,
I noted you are forced to indrease
your subscription rate and I' hope
it willnot affect, the number of
your • subscribers. .
Inflation will continue, debt in-.
terest.and taxation are increasing,.
cost and price of everything go-
ing higher, and , there . is not a
power in, the country can stop it.
other than the people themselves
They should take a hard look at
the root causes and that . is our,
innocuous curse, debt finance,'
which has. complete control ' over
the people, directly or ' indirectly.
Of course, if the people wish •to
carry. ; on apathectically ' as they
have been, and are doing, the • con-..
sequence will be : increased infla-
tion, which will bring on increased
'suffering. Unless the people take
action, then suffering is their God
given right. .
I • remain,
Yours truly,
'.G. VcTowle
