ANNE CARRUTHERS WINS
SECOND SCHOLARSHIP '
Miss' Anne Carruthers/ of; Wind-
sor, a student at West Elgin Dis-
trict High ••School last term,' has
been awarded a $2,000 <scholarship
by the Board of '' Governors of
Western University, London.
Anne, who is the daughter of
Mr. and Mrs. J. C. Carruthers,
previously won' a $400 .Ontario
Scholarship in Grade 13, examin-
ations. She had •over 80% in eight.
papers. She is the granddaughter
of Mrs. John T. Carruthers of
Ripley.
