Dies In Toronto
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 31st, 196$

The death of Robert J. Moore
occurred on Monday, March 22nd,
at the Queensway General Hos
pital, Toronto, after, suffering a
paralytic • `seizures,.
Mr. Moore . was born at ' Sea
forth in *1905; where he received
his education. • He . attended Tea-
chers'' College at Stratford. He
taught school in several centres,
later, becoming principal in.,Street
sville High School. fn ' laterears
he: joined Port Credit High School'
staff until retiring in .1961,
Mr. Moore is survived . by his
wifethe former Gladys Webb of
this • community and pow of Is-
lington;, 'two daughters and one
son. The• funeral service was con-
ducted on Thursday at Streets-
ville with burial. in. Clarkson cem-
etery.
Relatives from this community
attended the funeral. . Sympathy.'.
of . the St. ` Helens community goes
to the 'family.
Mrs. W. I. Miller and Isabel
were Sunday visitors with ' Mr.
and Mrs.' Gordon McIntyre at

The annual meeting of. the St.
Helens,- Public Library was held:
at. the : home of Mrs. W.I. Miller
on 'Tuesday evening. In the ab-
sence of the Treasurer, the finan-
cial' reports were given by 'the
chairlady, :Isobel Miller. The

the . librarian, Mrs. Don Panna-
becker. It was decided to raise
