Reconstruction That the County Council ' has1 now become deeply interested in plans for the post-war 'reconstruc- tion : period is evidenced by the fact that' a good deal of time was devoted to'this'problem both. in Council and in committees.' In addition to the special com- rnittee, which has been working on the problem 'since last June, a special Agricultural committee. will be set pp , charged' with • the dity of making' a survey of post- war problems ,and. projects. per taining to agriculture.
