The death. of M. Ralph Nixon

in-law, James B. McKay of Port•
Elgin, on 'Tuesday, May 18th. He
was in his 83rd year. He was the
only son of John Nixon anti Wary •
Jane:: Johnston, Tv� a sisters, Mr's.
Geor ge :Baker and Mrs. Andrew
McKay, predeceased him.

ship in 1865. and resided on the
