well.

to its. full len,gth• to reach the
eive. ,13. Anderson. was at: the
• foot. of the ladder holding it; but
•as it buelcled..,eut mid -way up he
• was. helpless tO"prevent it. Tlie
ladder broke 'after. buckling. Mr.
Dorner landed on his feet badly
