Lucknow in the heyday of Jack
Tennant, Stuart Yule, Archie Mc-
Curvie,• Walter Treleaven, Billy.
'Allen, . George" Berry and others.

part in many entertainments for

He acted as baton twirler. for
the Lucknow band,' and took part
in Shows,put 'on -bribe .,Lucknow
band, as he ha developed ,quite
a varied line; including juggling,
slack '..wire b'alanc'ing, .etc. He
reunembers ••a• Mr. MoMorran who
was band leader, Jaok, Berry and
his ;sister Lila and Cora Moody.
