Teeswater • ratepayers voted on these by-laws on the 5th Inst, the vote being 150 for and 4 against the enabl- ing by-laws, while the money by-laws was carried by 142 to 4. The village of Wroxeter also voted on siimlar by- laws and they carried by 65 for and against. ..The---vote'--in Ripley taker, some weeks ago was alike one-sided in favor. a The vote in Lucknow ought to be as one-sided as in the neighboring vil- lages.
