Winning baby's parents must be residents of Huron
East or the Huron Expositor Coverage Area.
If the baby is born at home, the exact time of birth
mist be specified by the attending physician. If the
baby is born. in a hospital, the hospital roust make
a it r certification.
The first baby will be defined as `*the first baby born
after midnight, December 31, 2014 ,"
Notification of births must be made to this
newspaper's offices to be eligible. In the event of a tie,
gifts will be distributed at the discretion of thispaper
and tete participating businesses,.
Winning parents a.,ree to publication of baby's photo,
weight and date of birth in this paper.
Winners are only eligible to win one New Year's Baby
