The successful applicant will have: Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing or equivalent 3-5+ years experience in Agribusiness including a solid understanding of grain marketing & sales analysis Feed / Equine related experience an asset Demonstrated ability to plan and organize, goal orientation, and teamwork Deep interpersonal skills in leadership, critical thinking, negotiating, and decision making Able to travel and hold valid passport and drivers licence This position will attract a motivated individual qualified to confidently engage in the operational duties from day one.
