Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Manager, this role works closely with the
Merchandising and Logistics team members as well as our highly valued
customers. You will gain knowledge and become familiar with agricultural products,
evaluating market trends for developing strategies of new marketing solutions.
Responsible for actively developing and maintaining customer relationships; pairing
customer needs with business goals.
The successful applicant will have:
Degree/Diploma in Agriculture, Agribusiness, Marketing or equivalent
3-5+ years experience in Agribusiness including a solid understanding of
grain marketing & sales analysis
Feed / Equine related experience an asset
Demonstrated ability to plan and organize, goal orientation, and teamwork
Deep interpersonal skills in leadership, critical thinking, negotiating, and
decision making
Able to travel and hold valid passport and drivers licence
