New Lions, RickAlbre- cht and Randy Nixon, were inducted into the club by Vice -District Govemor Joanne Klonikowski. We are thrilled to have these enthusiastic new members join the largest service club in the world. Tickets for our 45th annual Elimination Draw have been distributed to the members. Tickets are still only $60. Dianne and the Cavaliers, a well- known band in the area, will provide the musical entertainment. Early bird draws will begin in January and these tickets are great for Christmas gift giving. Sam Henderson was the recipient of the Seaforth Lions $100 Business Award at the CHSS commencement ceremonies. The Seaforth Lions picnic pavilion was the scene of an Amazing Race event at the recent Seaforth Commu- nity Hospital Radiothon. Contestants used their drawing skills to convey messages that teammates had to guess. There was a lot of laughter aimed at the pictures and the guesses. Donations of $3000 to the Seaforth Community Hospital Radiothon, $750 to the Christmas Bureau and $930 to other local organizations and individu- als were approved for distribution.
