The days are winding down
until Christmas break and the
snow has seemed to hold off
thus far.
Last week, St. Anne's annual
semi -formal dance was a
resounding success. Over 400
tickets were sold and students
had a great time dancing and
spending time together.
Starting Thursday, Dec. 11,
the Me -To -We group at St.Anne's
began selling homemade Christ-
mas ornaments, hair accessories
and small bags all made with
fabric from Ghana to support
clean drinking water and health
care facilities in Ghana. These
items will continue to be sold
until this week. This is yet
another endeavour the Me -To -
We group puts forth to help
communities outside of our
own.
Students from the St. Anne's
music program were also raf-
fling off a brand new acoustic
guitar throughout the week in
support of the music program.
We celebrated our Advent
Mass all together on Tuesday, as
we focus on the coming birth of
Christ.

soon approaching.
Friday, Dec. 19 will be a day
full of Christmas spirit, where
students dress up in red and
green or wear Christmas sweat-
ers and spend their afternoon in
the gym singing songs and
enjoying entertainment put on
by the Student Cabinet and the
staff of St. Anne's.
Classes resume on Monday,
Jan. 5.
