Accounts Payable Assistant
Hensel] District Co-operative Inc. is a progressive co-operative and is celebrating its 76th year in business
and growing. We are seeking a dynamic individual to become part of our accounting team, at our Hensall
location.
Position Summary:
This person is responsible for processing of accounts payables, filing and data entry.
You must have:
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills, in a multi -department company,
including balance of supplier statements, HST concepts, etc..
• A high degree of knowledge working with accounts payables.
• The ability to work with limited supervision and have above average organization
skills.
• You must be analytical, mathematical and have creative problem -solving
abilities.
• Must be accurate, be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects
simultaneously.
• You will require excellent listening and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word is required and Thede Ward is an Asset.
Position Criteria:
The success of this position is measured through the candidate's ability to successfully;
• Process accounts payables in an accurate and timely fashion.
• You must be able to work as a team and have a safe and positive attitude.
Required Education / Experience:
• Post -secondary degree/diploma in accounting and a minimum of two years' experience in
accounts payables.

Yard Operator/Line Processor
Hensall District Co-operative Inc. is a local supplier of agricultural products and has been in
business for over 75 years. We are currently seeking an energetic individual to join our Hensall
Team.
Position Summary
The "Yard Operator -Processor" will be able to work with minimal supervision and must be
conscientious and work in a safe manner. It is expected that the Yard Operator / Line Processor
will clean, blend, dry, control storage, bag product, grade, and process/ship agricultural products.
You must be able to perform maintenance, maintain accurate records and provide excellent
customer service.
Position Criteria
The successful individual will have the ability to organize and prioritize their work load in a safe and
efficient manner in a fast paced environment. You must be coordinated and have the ability to trouble
shoot and make small repairs. Experience dealing with the public and providing superior customer service
is required. Knowledge of computer software is considered a plus.
Education: Grade 12, a degree in Agri -business or similar practical experience preferred.
Experience: Two years' experience in an agricultural environment preferred.
