Christmas got off to an early start in Bayfield this year, with the lighting of the lights Friday, November 8 in Clan Gregor
Park. On Saturday, Main Street was packed with young and old alike to watch the annual Santa Claus Parade. Parade
Marshall Karen Sealy led the procession, which featured all the staples — music, dancers, pipe bands and Shriners in
tiny cars — before the man in red himself showed up in style in the bucket of a fire truck. Members of the Bayfield Fire
Department were also collecting for the Huron County food banks.
