SEALED TENDERS for the above contract, addressed to Peggy Van Mierlo-West,

Clinton, ON, NOM 1 LO will be received by her until:

for repairs to a short span rigid frame bridge northwest of Clinton. The work includes
construction of concrete headwalls, and installation of pre -cast concrete retaining
walls, and steel beam guiderail.
Plans, specifications and tender forms may be obtained from the office of the
undersigned after January 29, 2014 upon payment of a non-refundable fee of
$30.00, payable to B. M. Ross and Associates Limited, which includes all taxes.
Each tender must be accompanied by a certified cheque in the amount of $8,000.00.

We, the family of the late Margaret
McDougall, would like to extend our
heartfelt gratitude to family, friends,
neighbours and co-workers, for their

Exeter Villa on Monday, January 20, 2014,
of Exeter and formerly of Hensall, in his
88th year. Beloved husband of Janna B.
(Van Lochem) Heyink. Dear father of Allan
and Sylvia Heyink of Hensall and Raymond
and Sandy Heyink of Hensall. Dear
grandfather of Scott, Gregory, Mitchell;
Curtis, Breanna and Chelsea. Dear brother
and brother-in-law of Mina Westerveld of
Clinton, Hanna Lansink of The Netherlands,
Alice Bakelaar of London, Wilma and Carl
deBoer of Mississauga, Rita and Stuart
deVries of Stratford; Grada and Jan
Greivink of The Netherlands and Hank and
Miep Van Lochem of Burlington. Missed by
many nieces and nephews. Predeceased
by his son Bill (1982), sisters Gerrie, Jo and
Siena, brothers Gerrit, John, and Adolf, and
