Hensall District Co-operative Inc. is a progressive co-operative
and is growing. We are seeking a dynamic individual to become
an integral part of our IT Department, at our Hensall location.
Position Summary:
This person is responsible for program modifications and report
writing.
You must have:
•Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational
skills.
•A high degree of technical knowledge working with D3/
Pick programming
•The ability to work with limited supervision and have above
average organization
skills.
•You must be extremely analytical, mathematical and have
creative problem -solving
abilities.
•Excellent listening skills, interviewing skills, oral
communication and documentation writing.
•Understanding of project management principles, PC skills
and have hands-on experience
building tools and presentations with the Microsoft suite of
products.
•Knowledge of Omnis and SQL is an Asset
Position Criteria:
The success of this position is measured through the candidate's
ability to successfully;
•Create/modify and support D3/TWS programs and reports
•Provide desktop user support
•You must be able to work as a team and have a safe and
positive attitude.
Required Education / Experience:
•Post -secondary degree/diploma and a minimum of 2 years
of programming in a D3 environment.

2 — Mill Workers
Hensall District Co-operative Inc. is a progressive co-operative
and is growing. We are seeking two dynamic individuals
to become an integral part of our Team at our Londsboro
Locations.
Position Summary:
The "Mill Worker" role will report to the Location Manager and
must be able to work with minimal supervision. The successful
individual must be conscientious and work in a safe manner.
The Mill Worker position is responsible for the manufacturing
of top quality feed and the loading of trucks on a timely
basis. Must be available to work hours to meet the demands
of the customer, this may require shift work depending on the
requirements. This position interacts with customers handling
grains and incoming products. Must perform minor repairs,
help the Mill Manager in HACCP and Safety programs and
maintain housekeeping.
The following is required, troubleshooting skills, attention to
detail and superior record keeping, organized and calm under
pressure, excellent customer service skills, sound understanding
of feed delivery and manufacturing, inventory management,
two years' experience in agriculture and a grade 12 education
would be beneficial.
Position Criteria:
The minimum requirement is a millwright license or presently

prioritize their work load in a safe and efficient manner, in a fast
paced environment. Knowledge of computer software including
Microsoft office and Thede Ward System is considered a plus.
You must be coordinated and have the ability to trouble shoot
and make small repairs. Experience dealing with the public and
providing superior customer service is required.
Education: Grade 12, a degree in Agri -business or similar
practical experience preferred.
Experience: two years' experience in an Agricultural
environment.
