Wescast is currently recruiting for an Operations Administrative Assistant for our North American
Business Unit located in Wingham, Ontario.
Operations Administrative Assistant
Reporting to the Operations Leader for the Wingham facilities. This position will be responsible for
providing a wide range of administrative duties and support. Coordinates information and activities
within a department or departments that require a degree of independent judgment and discretion.
Provides a high level of customer service to internal employees and to clients in person or over
the telephone.
Minimum Requirements:
• Post -secondary degree, diploma or certificate in Office Administration or a related field, or
equivalent combination of education and experience
• 2 years of related experience in a similar environment
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and time management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
• Ability to work flexible hours as required to attend meetings, meet deadlines and/or maintain
workflow.
• Demonstrated proficiency with computer programs such as MS Office
