cer Team won the Champi-
onship Banner at the South-
west Regional Soccer
Tournament on October
16th in Lucknow.
Ripley defeated Luc -
know 4- 1 in the first game
and then again later in the
day defeated Lucknow
again 2 -0. Ripley carried
the play in both games
with good hustle, nice
passing and accurate
shooting to score six goals
against Lucknow.
In the second game, Rip-
ley and Huron Heights
played to a 0 - 0 tie and
again later in the day
played to a 0 - 0 tie. Both
games were exciting to
watch with lots of scoring
chances and good saves.
Allison Pope got the shut-
outs for Ripley. Ripley
ended the tournament
with the higher +/- by 3
goals and won the Cham-
pionship Banner.

ners -Up Banner at the
Southwest Regional Soccer
Tournament on October 16,
2014 in Lucknow.
In the first match Ripley
defeated Lucknow 2 - 0 in
the first game and then again
later in the day defeated Luc -
know again 3 -0. Ripley's 5
goals were scored by Shayne
McCarthy, Cole Snobelen,
Liam Kirkpatrick (2), and
Kyle Smeltzer.
In the second game, Rip-
ley and Huron Heights
played to a 0 - 0. These two
teams had a rematch in a
back to back game for the
Ravens. Both teams had
many chances at net and at
the end of the first half
Huron Heights led the game
2-0. Ripley added pressure in
the second half and came to
within 1 goal, thanks to
Paiten Priboj's goal on a set
up from Zack Stoneman.
