grains, food grade soybeans and processing seed. Entering our 43rd year
of business, we are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as:
Site Supervisor: Ripley
Skills / Experience Requirements:
• Diploma / Experience in Agriculture
• Background grain elevator management / operations
• Organization and planning capabilities
• Problem solver and quick, accurate decision maker
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Strong mechanical skills
• Proficient with basic computer skills
• Comfortable working safely in high places
Responsibilities:
• Follows Company health & safety and food policies and procedures
• Ability to effectively communicate with growers/producers
• Execute & co-ordinate receiving and shipping of grain
• Manage grain quality, aeration, drying, inventory management and
record keeping as it relates to our Quality Assurance program
• Effective supervision of 2-3 employees

• Late model Dorsers grain dryer
• 25000 BPH receiving capacity
