The Wingham Lucknow Atom Girls participated in the 2nd Annual Pink On The Rink for
Breast Cancer Research women's hockey tournament on January 10th, 11th and 12th
in Exeter. The girls played 3 great games losing the 3rd game in a shootout battle

MEETING OF THE
WEST WAWANOSH MUTUAL
INSURANCE COMPANY
Notice is hereby given that the Annual and Special General
Meeting of the Company will be held at the:
DUNGANNON AGRICULTURAL HALL
On
Thursday, March 6, 2014
AT 2:00 P.M.
1. To receive, consider and approve the Financial
Statement and Auditor's Report for the year ended
December 31st, 2013.
2. To appoint auditors for 2014.
3. To elect two (2) Directors for a three-year term.
4. To consider and if thought fit, to adopt, with such
amendments as may be made at the Meeting, those
amendments to the Company's By-law 1-95 passed by the
Board of Directors on October 29 and December 17, 2013.
A summary of the amendments follows. A complete text of
By-law 1-95 showing the amendments is available for
review by all members at the head office during regular
business hours, or will be provided upon request.
5. To transact any other business that may properly come
before the meeting.
The retiring Directors are Lloyd Morrison, Director at
Large and Brian MacKay of the Grey/Bruce designated
area. Both directors are eligible for re-election.
Any qualifying policyholder wishing to run as a Director
for these areas must file their intention to run, in writing,
along with a nomination form, with the Corporate
Secretary or designate, no later than close of business,
February 20th, 2014.
A copy of the annual financial statements will be posted on
the company website wwwwwmic.com at least 21 days
prior to the meeting. A policyholder may request a hard
copy of the statements by contacting the head office in
Dungannon.

14 Delete reference to "cash mutual".
17 Applicants for insurance are not entitled to vote.
19(d) Delete maximum number of terms a person may
be elected as a director.
36(b) President to attend Board Meetings, subject to
right of Board to hold in camera meetings.
40(a) Composition of Executive Committee clarified
40(b) The Board shall establish an "Audit Committee"
and a "Conduct Review Committee".
43(a) Persons authorized by the Board may execute
documents on behalf of the Corporation.
47 Corporation may invest funds in permitted
investments.
49 — 51 Specific provisions dealing with insurance
contracts deleted.
54 Risks may be reinsured in accordance with the
Insurance Act.
59 Specific provision dealing with office operations
deleted.
61 Section dealing with Committees removed.
57 By-laws may be amended in accordance with the
Corporations Act.
References to "Manager" changed to "President"
and "President" to "Chair" throughout.
