That familiar sound; of left -right -
left -right is being heard all around
the school 'as Cadet inspection
draws: near. Capt. F. A. Dobson
and s-tudert-.istrdctors are .giv-
ing Lower School a very thorough
workout every day from .3:30 until
4:00. Although some boys .seem to
be all feet,: Capt, Dobson claims
that ;within the,' short period of,
time that is left, he wall- endeavour
to get their, feet sorted, so they
can tell their left from their right.
An immense amount of training
is being done this year, .,an1 the
Cadet''. instructors hope that this
Willbe one of. the pest inspections
in SDHS's history,
"Oh; That Bird"
The word bird" . is being used
very,, frequently among some of
the, more energetic studentsof the
schoolthis past week. The :word
"bird" is- in- reference to the.
game of badminton. The physical
education instructors,; Mrs. H'Hannon
and Mr. Gorlin, -Have' arranged to
have :a badminton tournament next
week. There will -be five classes
tri' enter. ' These classes aro girls'
.singles, boys' singles girls' - dou-
bles, boys' doubles and mixed dou-
bles.
