marriage with Mr. Robert
Charles, Regele, RR 5, Seaforth,
son of Mr. and Mrs. Clarence
Regele, RR 5, Seaforth, on Fri-
day, Oct. 6, at 3 p.m., before
the Rev. G, W. Schols at Re-
deemer Lutheran Church, Monk -
ton.
The bride wore a • formal
gown of silk organza styled
with fitted shirred bodice, sa-
bring neckline, encrusted with
opalescent sequins and pearls,
and lily sleeves. The full gath-
ered bouffant skirt had a deep
ruffled flounce interlaced with
organza and held with opales-
cent sequins and worn over
tulle and taffeta. A pillbox
crown of peau de soie with
pearls and sequins held her cir-
cular illusion veil. She carried
a cascade of pink Better Time
roses and white stephanotis.
Mrs. Ron Beuermann, RR 1,
Dublin, was matron of honor,
and Miss Alice RegeIe, Seaforth
and Mrs. Mervin Wurdell, RR
1, Bornholm, were bridesmaids,
. all wearing identical ballerina -
length gowns in American beau-
ty peau de sole, styled with
draped bodice, round neckline,
cut to a `V' at the back, and

fant skirts. A small bow ac-
cented the back. They wore
matching petal hats trimmed
with velvet.
Mr. Ross Osborn, RR 2, Monk -
ton, was groomsman, and Ron
Drager, Seaforth, and Mr. Carl
Scherbarth, Waterloo, were the
ushers. Mrs. Carl Holman, of
Monkton, was organist, and
Mrs. Elmer Koehler, RR 3, Wal-
ton, was soloist, singing "0 Per-
fect Love" and "The Wedding
Prayer."
A reception followed in the
Mitchell Legion Hall. For a
honeymoon to the west coast
the bride donned a cocoa brown
knitted suit with dark brown
accessories and .a corsage of
yellow mums. On their return
the couple will reside, in Water-
loo until the spring, then at
RR 1, Dublinl.

Women members met with
Mrs. Manuel Beuermann and

is Good and Friendship." Wo-
men's groups of neighboring
churches are invited to be
guests Wednesday afternoon,
Oct. 18, when Miss Bartji, a
missionary in Ethopia, who is
home on leave with her par-
ents near Monkton, will be the
guest speaker.
Pastor Brill invited the mem-
bers present to the parsonage
to see the floor covering in the
kitchen and the drapes in the
study, which this group pur-
chased. Routine reports were
read. An invitation was ac-
cepted to attend a bazaar at
First Lutheran Church, Oct. 23,
and quilting is to be resumed
in November. Birthdays were
reported by Mrs. Harold El-
ligsen, Mrs. W. L. Querenges-
ser, Mrs. Henry E. Diegel, Mrs.
Dan Beuermann, Mrs. Lew
Hicks, Mrs. Harold Rock, Mrs.
Lena Bennewies and Mrs. Ed-
