Seaforth Community Hospital and London
Cancer Clinic for the wonderful care and
compassion you gave to Henry. Thank you
to the clergy for celebrating the Mass of
Christian Burial with our family, neighbours
and friends and to the music ministry,
commentator, altar servers, pallbearers and
flower bearers for being part of Henry's
celebration of life. Father Morrison, thank
you for your weekly visits. To the ladies of
the St. James CWL, thank you for the
beautiful luncheon. Thank you to everyone
at McGlynn Funeral Home for your
guidance, professionalism and
management of the funeral arrangements.
And finally thank you to the Huron County
Plowmen's Association for bestowing such
an honourary position to Henry for the 2017
IPM. He will be keeping an eye on us from
above. We are truly touched to see how
much Henry has impacted this community,
friends, neighbours and family. Thank you

WILSON, Robert Wesley - Passed
away peacefully at the Wiarton Hospital on
Tuesday, May 24, 2016. Bob Wilson of Mar
and formerly of Seaforth, in his 77th year.
Bob was born and raised in Owen Sound
and was the son of the late Dick and Jessie
(Fawcett) Wilson. Beloved husband of
Sharon (Weir). Loving father of Tracey
Wilson of Dartmouth, Nova Scotia and
Sandra Jansen of Seaforth. Cherished
grandpa of Max and Jesse. Dear brother-in-
law of Howie (Gloria) Weir of Shallow Lake.
Also survived by many nieces and
nephews. Cremation has taken place.
Graveside service will be held at Colpoy's
Bay Cemetery on Friday, June 3, 2016 at
1:30 p.m. Memorial donations to the Owen
Sound Regional Hospital Foundation or the
Bruce Peninsula Health Services
Foundation - Wiarton Hospital would be

HENDERSON, Raymond Chester -
Passed peacefully on May 25, 2016 at
Nithview Community in New Hamburg after
a long battle with Congestive Heart Failure.
Ray was in his 80th year. Born, raised and
resided with his family in Seaforth until his
final years, has returned to his home town
to rest in peace. Husband of his devoted
wife Helen (McGonigle), who predeceased
him on February 6, 2012. Father of Steve
Henderson of London, Paul Henderson of
St. Marys, Brian Henderson (predeceased
August 9, 2013), Lori Miller of Exeter and
Lisa and husband Dave Akey of Baden.
Loving and proud grandfather of Andrew,
Sky, Devin, Adam, Courtney, Brittany, Beau
and Tanner. Brother of the late Stewart
Henderson, and brother-in-law to Peg
Henderson of Mitchell, the late Robert
McGonigle (Marilyn) of Belmont, Sandra
Anderson (Ivan) of Grand Bend and Cathy
Eisler (Gary) of Grand Bend. Ray will be
remembered by his many nieces, nephews
and friends. Predeceased by his parents
Chester and Anne (Stewart) Henderson
and Helen's parents Gordon and Lola
(Lantz) McGonigle. Ray worked for Ontario
Hydro until his retirement and was
passionate about hunting, hockey and his
grandchildren. Visitation was held at
McGLYNN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME,
Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on Sunday, May
29, 2016, from 2-4 p.m., and continued on
Monday, May 30, 2016 from 10 a.m. until
the time of Ray's funeral service at 11 a.m.
Pastor Jane Kuepfer officiated, the
Pallbearers were David and Beau Akey and
Andrew, Adam, Michael and Wayne
Henderson, and the Flower Bearers were
Courtney and Brittany Miller and Sky
Hendrickson. Interment took place in
Maitlandbank Cemetery and a reception
followed at the Royal Canadian Legion,
Seaforth Branch 156. In kindness,
donations to the Seaforth Community
Hospital Foundation or Nithview Community
are appreciated and can be made through
McGlynn Family Funeral Home. Online
