BROMMER, Peter - Passed away
peacefully at Seaforth Manor Nursing Home
on Thursday, September 29, 2016, in his
79th year. Beloved husband of Sylvia (nee
Wharton) for 57 years. Loving father Sherry
Barth (Trevor) of Kirkton, Pete Gatze
Brommer (Sandra) of Clinton, Perry
Brommer (Nancy) of Pine Lake and David
Brommer of St. Marys. Cherished Grandpa
of April Tang (Jay), Johnathon Barth,
Nicholas Pete Brommer, Heather Brommer,
Justin Brommer, Rachel Brommer, Jessica
Lynn Brommer, Nicole Victoria Brommer,
Emma Christine Brommer, and Great -
Grandpa of Sawyer Brommer. Dear brother
of Henderika Shearer (Thomas) of London
and Jenny Wilts (Douwe) of Clinton. Pete
will also be missed by his siblings -in-law,
nieces, nephews and friends. Visitation was
held at McGLYNN FAMILY FUNERAL
HOME, Seaforth, 519-527-1390, on
Sunday, October 2nd from 2-4 p.m., where
the funeral service followed on Monday,
October 3rd at 11 a.m. Interment took place
in Harpurhey Cemetery followed by a
reception at the Seaforth Legion, Branch
156. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations
to the LHSC Cancer Centre are appreciated

on Friday, September 30th, 2016 of R.R #2
Crediton in her 78th year. Beloved wife of
Glenn Hodgins for 25 years. Dear mother of
Shana and Brian Barnim of Bayfield, and
Shelley and Dave Bryson of Exeter. Dear
step -mother of Scott Hodgins of Hensall,
Dennis and Taryn Hodgins of Edmonton,
Michelle and Elliott MacDonald of Thedford,
and Kristy Barnes of Sarnia. Cherished
grandmother of Caresse, Spencer; Koedi,
Kurtis; Kylie, Ethan; and Blake. Dear sister
and sister-in-law of Audrey and Walt
Mottershead of Nanimo, B.C., Yvonne and
Gord Dougherty of Goderich, Dianne and
Steve Argyle of Bayfield, Mary Hodgins of
Ailsa Craig, June and Gerry Glavin of
Centralia, Mona and Dwayne Ritchie of
Parkhill, and Kathryn Harris of Clinton.
Predeceased by her parents Bert and
Marion Harris, a grandson Jeffrey Barnim
(1999), brothers William, Robert, Kenneth,
Gerald and a sister Catherine. Friends
called at the HASKETT FUNERAL HOME,
370 William Street, Exeter (1 street west of
Main) on Tuesday, October 4th 2-4 and 7-9
PM where the funeral service will be held
on Wednesday, October 5th at 11 AM with
Pastor Sandra Cable officiating. Interment
St. Mary's Anglican Cemetery, Brinsley.

WILLMORE, John "Jack" - In his 79th
year, peacefully passed away on Friday,
September 23, 2016 at Queensway Nursing
Home, Hensall. He is survived by his wife
Jean, having recently celebrated their 46th
anniversary, his daughter Sherrie (friend
Ron), and sisters Donna Langdon & Nancy
(Barry) Andrews, and many extended family
members. He will be greatly missed by Julia
Johnston -Gregory (Keith) and his special
great nieces Zoe and Sophie Johnston -
Gregory. He is predeceased by his parents,
3 brothers and 2 sisters. He will be
excitedly greeted by his treasured
furbabies. Cremation has taken place and
there will be no visitation or service. In
memory of `Jack', he asked that donations
please be made to the Kidney Dialysis Unit

SIERTSEMA, Murray - At Victoria
Hospital, London, in his 84th year, Murray
Siertsema went home to be with his Lord on
Saturday, September 24, 2016. Murray was
born in Ten Boer, the Netherlands on
September 23, 1933. He immigrated to
Canada at age 16 with his parents and
seven siblings. In September of 1956, he
married Doreen Dykstra. Murray and
Doreen settled on a dairy farm near Blyth,
where they raised their family. They moved
to town in 1989 where Murray worked for
the PUC for several years. He was an
active member of the community and the
Blyth Christian Reformed Church. Murray is
survived by his loving wife, Doreen, having
recently celebrated their 60th anniversary.
Dearly missed by children Bert (Betty -Ann)
Siertsema, Mike (Deb) Siertsema, Steve
Siertsema, Anita (Mike) Langdon, and
Yolanda Culbert. Loving Opa of Albert
(Theresa), Lee, Emiline, Luke, Mark,
Meghan, Natalie, Shannon, Ainsleigh,
Mitchell, Nicholas, Evan, Jade, Faith, and
Chase and great-grandchildren; Micah,
Ave, Ellie, and Maysa. Dear brother and
brother-in-law of Teresa (Hielke)

Predeceased by brother-in-law Mike
Dykstra and Leo Dykstra. Family and
friends were received at the Blyth Christian
Reformed Church on Monday, September
26, 2016. The funeral service took place on
Tuesday, September 27 at 11:00 a.m. at
the Blyth Christian Reformed Church. As
expressions of sympathy, donations to the
Huron Christian School Tuition Assistance
Fund or the Clinton Public Hospital
Foundation are appreciated. Murray will be
remembered for his pioneer spirit and love
of nature (especially horses and birds),
hockey, storytelling, and farm life; but he
will be remembered most of all for his love
of people. Arrangements entrusted to the
