Local grade schools submitted Remembrance Day posters to the
Legion to be judged and awarded prizes. Here some are posters
hanging on the wall in the Legion's basement.

Many store fronts in town had remembrance displays in their
windows.

Each municipality in Huron County received a share of the 550
ceramic poppies on display in Goderich. A couple dozen poppies
were moved to the cenotaph in Clinton. Several members of the
Legion and several women who helped make the poppies set
them up in the garden around the cenotaph. Here, one Legion
member puts a ceramic poppy in the ground.
