The new strategic plan will provide a roadmap for HPHA's four hospital sites through the year 2020 and will include strategies that address a number of significant changes expected at the healthcare system level. HPHA has received input from many stakeholders including: staff, physicians, volunteers, patients and their families, other health care providers and community members. These community forums are being held to provide the public and other interested parties with an opportunity to engage in direct conversations with Andrew Williams, President & CEO and Senior Leadership about HPHA's future. OPP UPDATES FATAL COLLISION (MORRIS-TURNBERRY TWP, ON) —The Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is inves- tigated a fatal collision that occurred on Sunday November 6, 2016 around 5 p.m. Investigation revealed that a Honda Fit travelling west bound on Amberley Road East of Bluev- ale, left the roadway, entered a ditch, and struck the attached garage of a residence located on the south side of the road. The female driver, the lone occu- pant of the motor vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene. She has been identified as 67 -year-old Eugenia KOSZY- CKI of Waterloo. No injuries were sustained to anyone at the residence. The OPP West Region Techni- cal Traffic Collision Investigators (TTCI) attended the scene. Amberley Road was closed between Maple Road and Ramsey Line at the request of the OPP. The Huron County Roads Department put up barri- cades and road closed signs at these locations. Amberley Road was closed for some time to allow for a safe and proper investigation of this collision. POLICE FIND MISSING SENIOR FROM CLINTON (CENTRAL HURON, ON) — Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) reported that a senior from Clinton, Margaret HALLAM, went missing, and then that she had been located in good health that same day. Missing was 72 -year-old Marga- ret HALLAM. She was reported missing to police at 12:42 p.m. on Wednesday, Novem- ber 2. File photo Margaret is a resident of a retire- ment home located on Joseph Street in Clinton. She had been seen last at the retirement home around 7:30 a.m. this morning. She was located around 3:45 p.m. at a restaurant in Clinton. Huron OPP would like to thank the public and the media for their assistance in this search. TRAILER & PAIR OF SNOWMOBILES STOLEN (BLUEWATER, ON) - Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers are currently investigating the theft of two brand new Yamaha snowmo- biles and a snowmobile trailer that was stolen from Brian's Service Centre located on Lon- don Road in Hensall, ON. Police believe the theft occurred sometime between 1:30 p.m. on Sunday, October 30 and 8:00 a.m. on October 31. The thieves cut the security lock off of the storage trailer and proceeded to haul the trailer and the two brand new snowmobiles off the property. The following snowmobiles and trailer were stolen: A red and black, 2016 Yamaha RTX -DX valued at $12,700 A red and white, 2016 Yamaha SR1 OLSGR valued at $13,000 A white, 2004 Hyland bubble - top trailer valued at $5,000. The trailer has a "48" sticker on the one side and orange & white racing stripes on the other. On the back of the trailer there is an Arctic Cat sticker above the run- ning lights.
