The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Secondary school graduate and five (5) years' experience in construction or municipal road works, including supervisory or lead hand experience. • Has or is working towards Certified Road Supervisor designation. • Ability to operate and maintain a variety of heavy and medium equipment, vehicles and machinery used in operations and maintenance functions. • Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and Confined Space Entry. • Good communication and public relations skills in order to deal tactfully with the public. • Must hold a minimum DZ driver's license.
