Jane bravely immigrated from the Netherlands in 1958, married in Hamilton, and moved to Clinton in 1963 to farm. She was a faithful member of the reformed Christian community, with a dedicated love of the Lord and the church. Jane expressed her creativity through knitting, spinning, gardening and cooking. She was a dedicated mother and wife, and doted on her 9 grandchildren with all of her heart. Friends were received at the Clinton Christian Reformed Church, 243 Princess St. E., Clinton, on Monday June 27, 2016 from 12:30 - 1:45 p.m. where the funeral service was held at 2 p.m. Interment Clinton Cemetery.
