Born June 10th, 2016 at the Stratford General Hospital. Presley was welcomed into the world at 8:47 a.m. weighing in at 81b 5oz and 51 cm long. Obituaries Obituaries BRANDON, Charles Joseph - Born September 27, 1921, in Bayfield; passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at Seaforth Manor Retirement Home, in his 95th year. Charlie is survived by his loving wife Emma Marie (Plumsteel) Brandon. Father to Gregory and Suzanne of Clinton, Janet and Neville Leake of Bayfield and Glenn and Anne of Kincardine. Grandfather to Lori Brandon, Liz Allen, Tracey Leake, and Trevor Leake, also leaves behind 8 great- grandchildren. Predeceased by an infant son Richard Charles and a sister Betty Desek. Charlie and Marie celebrated their 73rd wedding anniversary on June 12th, 2016, with their family. Charlie farmed in Hullett Twp. until his retirement. He loved raising and training race horses, and playing Euchre. At Charlie's request, cremation has taken place. A family service will be held at a later date. Ivan McClymont, of Clinton, and formerly of Varna, died at the Seaforth Manor, Seaforth, on Tuesday, July 5, 2016. Loved by his late wife Margaret Jean Russell for 33 years. Great Historian and editor of the History of Stanley Township Book 1983. Farmed and operated McClymont Century Orchards at Varna and attended the weekly Bayfield market. Many people toured their book collections from as far away as England and Australia. Ivan and Marg travelled extensively, Europe, Ireland, British Isles, and the USA. They knew every book store across Canada. Ivan is survived by his mother-in-law Agnes Russell of Seaforth. Sisters and brothers-in-law Mary (Don) Barker of Burlington, Margaret Robinson of Cambridge, and Joan (Nick) Whyte of Seaforth. Predeceased by his parents Fred and Mabel McClymont, brother Bob McClymont, and sisters in law Gail Orpen McClymont and Faye Paterson McClymont. Ivan was uncle to 15 nieces and nephews, 28 great-nieces and nephews, and two great -great-nephews. Friends were received at the FALCONER FUNERAL HOMES 153 High St., Clinton, on Friday July 8th. A Celebration of Life service was held at the Clinton United Church, 105 Ontario St., Clinton, on Saturday, July 9, 2016. Cremation with interment of ashes were at Bayfield Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations to Camp Menesetung or the Charity of One's Choice would be appreciated. Predeceased by parents Clifford and Edna, brother Jim and sister Lillian Turner. Survived by sister Betty Millar, brother Jack, and several nieces and nephews. Helen worked as a civilian employee at R.C.A.F. station Clinton, London and Goose Bay and later at CKNX, Wingham and CFPL London. She had a great desire to travel and visited many continents and countries, but never forgot to socialize with family and friends.
