for the kind words and thoughtful gestures
in the passing of their dear mother, grand-
mother and great grandmother. Special
thanks go to the home care ladies and
nurses that made our Mom's last few weeks
that much more comfortable. You truly are

The family of the late Grace Evans would
like to thank everyone for their kindness
during the loss of our dear mother. We
appreciate our friends who sent flowers,
memorial donations, cards and food. A
special thank you to our Varna friends for
the angel and flowers. Special thanks to
Dr. Sumar and all nurses and staff at
Huronview for their wonderful care and
thoughtfulness at the time of her passing.
Also we appreciated Pastor Maciej
Zaborowski and Reverend Randy Banks for
your visits and comforting at such a difficult
time. Thank you to Falconer Funeral Home
for their care and compassion. Thanks too
Deli-licious for the wonderful luncheon after
the service. We would also like to thank

after the passing of our brother Doug
Evans.Your kindness and thoughtfulness

The family of the late Marie Glousher/
Heffron would like to express their
appreciation to all who sent food, flowers,

expressions of sympathy & comfort during

& the nursing staff at Clinton Public Hospital
for the excellent care you gave her while in
the hospital & to Jacquie her Care
Coordinator for arranging help in order for
her to be able to stay at home as long as
possible. Thank you to Amanda from
Falconer Funeral Home for all your
guidance at this difficult time. To Father
Morrison, the altar boys, church choir,
Florence & Rick & Marg for the beautiful
service. To her grandsons & Joe Hallahan
for being pallbearers & her granddaughters

lunch, mom would have been so happy. To

Pierce - Passed away peacefully on
January 15th, 2016 in her 76th year.
Beloved wife of Gordon Shobbrook for 57
years. Adoring mother to Darrell Shobbrook
of Stratford and Diana (Mark) Sjaarda of
Auburn. Predeceased by loving son Trent
(1971). Loving grandmother to Ryan
Sjaarda. Survived by sister June (Charles)
Knox of Goderich, Ethel Adams of
Wingham and brother in law Dennis (Carol)
Shobbrook of Cambridge. Missed by many
nieces and nephews. Predeceased by
sister Doris (Jim) Laidlaw, brother James
(Bernice) Pierce and brother in law Sid
Adams. Friends and Family were received
at FALCONER FUNERAL HOMES,
BLYTH CHAPEL (407 Queen street Blyth)
on Monday, January 18th from 2-4 & 7-9
p.m. Funeral Service took place on
Tuesday, January 19th at 11 a.m. at
Londesborough United Church. Spring
Interment at Blyth Union Cemetery.

SMITH, Martha - Peacefully at Chartwell
Royal Oak, Kingsville, on Wednesday,
January 13, 2016 Martha Smith of
Kingsville, formerly of London, in her 99th
year. Beloved wife of the late Thomas
Smith. Cherished mother of Larry (Chris)
and the late Dorothy, Pat (Clare) Kitchen,
Brian and Steven (Jackie). Loving
grandmother and great-grandmother of 12
grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
Dear sister of Josie Harding. Predeceased
by brothers & sisters Allison, Ern, Elmer,
Carmen, Myrtle, Jessie and Ethel. Martha
will be sadly missed by many nieces,
nephews, family & friends. The funeral
service will be held at LOGAN FUNERAL
HOME, 371 Dundas St. (between Waterloo
& Colborne St.) on Sunday, January 17,
2016 at 1:30 p.m. with visitation 1 hour

Clinton was called to be with the lord
peacefully at Huronview Home, Clinton, on
Saturday January 9, 2016 in her 87th year.
Beloved wife of the late Peter Van Loo.
Loving mother of Wanda Van Loo of
Clinton, Willis & Heather Van Loo of
London, and Mark Van Loo of Clinton.
Cherished grandmother of Christina Van
Loo, and Chyla Van Loo both of London.
Great grandmother of Lucas, Shyla, and
Wilson of London. Dear sister Ida Salverda
of Seaforth, and sister in law of Leona Van
Holstyn. Predeceased by siblings Hillie
Plevier, Geertje Lammers Meindert Van
Holstyn, Janet Roelofs, Jannie Van
Duivendyk, Tom Van Holstyn , Peter Van
Holstyn, sister in law Helen Van Holstyn,
