We require an individual with excellent driving skills, mechanical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. The Operations Associate will report to the Operations Manager and must be able to handle a high volume work load in a fast paced environment. The position will be responsible for the timely processing of daily invoicing activities for a specified group of internal and external customers. Processed invoices will then be distributed for approval and sent out to customers for payment. You will keep track of any outstanding payables and will close all completed files in the HGL system accordingly. Translation of currency will be required in order to fulfil the needs of our global customers. This position requires a very high level of accuracy, organization and advanced numeracy. Applicants must have strong computer, interpersonal and customer relations skills and have a basic understanding of accounting processes.
