DRIVERS
The Hensall Global Logistics Driver position is responsible for the pick-up and delivery of ocean
containers utilizing Toronto container yards as the primary hub and / or the movement of bulk
agricultural products, primarily within the Southwestern Ontario region.
Hours of work will vary as per shipping volumes / schedules and sleeper berthing will be
required regularly.
Applicants must possess an AZ license, clean driver's abstract and minimum 3-5 years driving
experience. Specific experience in trucking ocean containers and / or bulk agricultural
commodities is a definite asset. We require an individual with excellent driving skills,
mechanical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be a self -
motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
This is a full time position with competitive remuneration, an excellent benefit and pension
package and the opportunity to run well maintained equipment.

Operations Associate (Job #:183)
Hensall Global is an integrated logistics company providing multimodal transportation and logistics
services to a global customer base. Our core competencies include international freight forwarding,
intermodal trucking and bulk agricultural trucking.
We currently have a full time permanent position available working Monday — Friday 40 hours a week.
The Operations Associate will report to the Operations Manager and must be able to handle a
high volume work load in a fast paced environment. The position will be responsible for the timely
processing of daily invoicing activities for a specified group of internal and external customers.
Processed invoices will then be distributed for approval and sent out to customers for
payment. You will keep track of any outstanding payables and will close all completed files in the HGL
system accordingly. Translation of currency will be required in order to fulfil the needs of our global
customers.
This position requires a very high level of accuracy, organization and advanced numeracy.
Applicants must have strong computer, interpersonal and customer relations skills and have a basic
understanding of accounting processes. The successful candidate will have a postsecondary
degree/diploma in Business Administration and previous experience in international freight forwarding
would be considered an asset.

• assist in interviewing and hiring of leaders
• provide staff training and set staff schedule
