are currently recruiting for:
DRIVERS
The Hensall Global Logistics Driver position is responsible for the pick-up and delivery of ocean
containers utilizing Toronto container yards as the primary hub and / or the movement of bulk
agricultural products, primarily within the Southwestern Ontario region.
Hours of work will vary as per shipping volumes / schedules and sleeper berthing will be
required regularly.
Applicants must possess an AZ license, clean driver's abstract and minimum 3-5 years driving
experience. Specific experience in trucking ocean containers and / or bulk agricultural
commodities is a definite asset. We require an individual with excellent driving skills,
mechanical knowledge, and strong interpersonal skills. The successful candidate will be a self -
motivated individual who is able to work independently as well as within a team environment.
This is a full time position with competitive remuneration, an excellent benefit and pension
package and the opportunity to run well maintained equipment.

to a number of customers. We are a supplier of value-added agricultural products and
farm services to producers and provide localized grain handling facilities.
Currently a career opportunity exists for a Maintenance Mechanic at our location in
Hensall, Ontario.
Some of the responsibilities would include:
• Preventative and proactive maintenance of grain elevators, processing equipment,
fertilizer and custom application equipment
• Design, construction, installation and repairs of all types of material handling and
processing equipment
• Welding to include fitting and fabrication
• Troubleshooting - equipment breakdowns and repairs
• Blueprint reading and comprehension
Applicants would ideally have two years welding and cutting experience and also have
a minimum of a DZ driver's license. The ability to climb and work safely at heights is a
necessity and you must be willing to work overtime during peak periods. Knowledge of
grain cleaning equipment would be considered an asset.

Hensall District Co-operative, Incorporated is a progressive co-operative in its 78`h year of business and
continues to grow. HDC is committed to providing excellent customer service and developing long term
relationships. We are currently seeking 3 individuals to become an integral part of our team working out
of the Exeter location.
2 —Yard Operators
The yard operator is responsible for assisting in crop input procedures such as assisting customers,
receiving, loading/unloading, weighing, grading, operation of equipment and recording transaction
information. You must be able to communicate to customers, work well in a team environment, possess
excellent customer service skills, be organized and plan and have the ability to operate equipment. We
require one individual with a valid G driver's license and one with a valid DZ license for the occasional
fertilizer/seed delivery. Both jobs will vary somewhat depending on the season.
1- Delivery Driver / Yard Operator
The delivery driver — yard operator is primarily responsible for crop input, delivery of seed and fertilizer
and minor maintenance of blenders, spreaders, toolbars and wagons. Individual will also assist with
receiving, loading/unloading, weighing, grading and recording information for grain commodities. Must
have competent driving skills in all weather conditions, be able to work in a team environment and have
excellent customer service, organizational and interpersonal skills. Successful candidate must possess a
valid AZ driver's license with a clean abstract. This position will vary depending upon the season.
