Game # 2 of the series
In Clinton last Saturday
night, February 6, the Clinton
Radars skated to a 5-2 win in
front of a good-sized crowd.
The Radars now lead the
series 2 games to 0. The next 2
games are in Seaforth this Fri-
day and Saturday nights.
Sean Consitt opened up
the scoring by tapping in a
goal -mouth scramble in front
of the crease area at 17:34 of
the first period. Deryk White-
head and Mike Jarmuth
picked up the helpers.
Seaforth's smooth -skating
Brendon Merritt tied the
score at 1-1 in the middle
stanza at 12:15. About 2 min-
utes later at 14:11 Sean Con-
sitt scored his second marker
of the game to put Clinton up
2-1. After taking a pass from
Tyler Doig just outside the
crease area, Consitt roofed his
shot into the vacant cage.
While on the powerplay Luke
Vick gae the Radars a 3-1 lead
at 18:31. Vick took a pass from
Tyler Doig from behind the net
and Vick wasted little time in
depositing the disc behind the
