Council has decided to act on that suggestion, and their aim is to begin having the meetings recorded this spring. At this time, Hay Communications is working with Bluewater Council in order for the meetings to be accessible with the cable package provided for those using Hay Communications' television services. The council's end goal is to post on YouTube. Recordings would be released weekly, allowing for residents to keep up with important issues within the community. Bayfield's Mayor Hessel, believes that by doing this, Wednesday, December 28, 2016 • News Record 11 residents will become more involved with the relevant discussions within council. It will also give a better sense of transparency, allowing for a more detailed understand- ing of proposals brought up in the meetings.
