beautiful addition to their family. Hannah
Maria was born March 10, 2016 at 6:43 pm,
weighing 9 lbs 7 oz, and 22" long. Her big
sister Sophia and brothers Dominic and
Sebastian are thrilled to have another play-
mate. Grandparents Ron and Karen Tyndall
and Josef and Maria Knap are equally
thrilled to have another granddaughter to
cuddle!

HOWATT, James David - It is with
great sadness that we announce the
passing of James (Jim) Howatt in his 86th
year at Huronview Home, Clinton on Friday
April 15, 2016. Beloved husband of the late
Delores Howatt (2014). Dear father of
Connie Bratt of London, Joan and her
husband Bert Vandendool of
Londesborough, the late Judy Irwin - March
24, 2016 (Gary Anderson), and Larry
Howatt and his wife Elizabeth of Sudbury.
Lovingly remembered by his 10
grandchildren, and two great grandsons.
Dear brother of Gordon (Colleen) Howatt of
Londesborough, and John (Marilyn) Howatt
of Stratford. Predeceased by son in law
Ron Irwin, and sister Helen Hodgert. Jim
was a well-respected beef farmer in Huron
County for many years. He spent countless
hours at the barn, at the Brussels sales and
anywhere else where he knew there would
be cattle. Jim enjoyed time with neighbours,
friends, and family, especially hearing about
all of his grandchildren and their
adventures. He will be dearly missed by all.
Friends were received at the FALCONER

on Monday from 7-9 p.m. Where the funeral
service was held on Tuesday April 19, 2016
at 11 a.m. Interment Clinton Cemetery. As

PECK, Marion - Peacefully at Huronview
Home, Clinton on Saturday, April 16, 2016.
Marion Lenore Peck (nee Owens) of Clinton
in her 84th year. Wife of the late Jack Peck
(2004). Dear mother and mother-in-law of
Ian and Stephanie Peck of Clinton and Vicki
and Doug Campbell of Winthrop. Grandma
to Jason and Jenna Peck and Natalie and
Alaina Campbell. Sister and sister-in-law of
Irene and the late Charles Dean and Jack
and Judy Owens all of Mississauga. Also
survived by several nieces and nephews.

19th from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m. and on
Wednesday, April 20th from 12:00 noon

Suddenly at Alexandra Marine and General
Hospital, Goderich on Saturday, April 16,
2016 with his family by his side. Cor Van
Gaalen of Clinton in his 58th year. Loving
husband for 32 years of Janny Van Gaalen.
Very proud father of Cor Jr., Kristin and
Nicole all at home. Son of Cor and the late
Joke Van Gaalen of Holland. Son-in-law of
Bets and the late Joop Van Ralen of
Holland. Also survived by his brothers and
sisters, brothers and sisters-in-law, many
nieces and nephews and dear friends near
and far. We will forever remember and be
grateful for his unconditional love, honesty,
faith and integrity. We will carry on his
example and look forward to the day we
