It is known by such familiar titles as "The Garden of the Gulf," "The Million -Acre Farm," "The Gar- den of Canada," "The Island," and with more reverence to its agriculture than its native ele- gance, "Spud Island." The peo- ple of the little province—its area is a tenth of one per cent of all Canada—tend to call it simply "The Island." L and FUEL OIL Wm. M.
