MRS. ANNIE 4.OGAN
Funeral service for the
late Mrs. Annie Logan,- of
Hensall, will -be held-- from -the-t
Bonthron Funeral Chapel on
Thursday, at 2'p.m., and will
be conducted by Rev. Ross Mac-
Donald.
Mrs. Logan, who passed away
in London on Monday, was the
former Annie Hudson, and was
in her 85th year. Her husband,
the late James Logan, prede-
ceased her 35 years ago.
She was a"member of. Carmel
Presbyterian Church, Hensall,
and very active in the Women's
Missionary Society and Ladies'
Aid. She was a fortner mem-
ber of Amber Rebekah Lodge,
Hensall Women's Institute and
a .life member of the Eastern
Star, Windsor. She was born at
Hillsg-reen. Sur n.ht ng are two.
sisters, Mrs. Martha Harvey and
Mrs. William Douglas, Bruce -
field.
THOMAS BRO,OME
Thomas Broome 64, of Hul-
lett Township, who died Friday
in Scott Memorial Hospital, was
buried in Maitlandbank ceme-
tery, Seaforth, Monday, follow•
ing a funeral service at the Box I
funeral home, conducted' at 2
p.m. by Rev. J. C. Britton of
Northside United Church.
Mr. Broome was born in Me-
Killop Township, a son of the
late Mr. and Mrs. Thomas
Broome, ari,d was married izi
1925 to the former Alma Agar
at Winthrop. He was a retired
farmer.
Surviving are a daughter,
Mrs. K. L. (Halle) Thompson, of
Hullett; -five sisters, Mrs. Thos.
(Rose) Adams, Egmondville;
Mrs. Herbert (Violet) Trapnell,
Seaforth; Mrs. W. (Alice) Agar,
Sarnia; Mrs. R. (Betty) Ander-
son, Sarnia, and Mrs. I. (Anne)
Aga,:, Sarnia; three brothers,
Joseph, of Atwood; Jacbb and
Albert. of Seaforth, and three
grandchildren.
Pallbearers were Mansel
Cook, Frank Riley, Robert Dal-
ton, Bill Dolmage, Harold Stor-
