Board and its Advisory Vocational
Committee offer the following
NIGHT COURSES
for adults at Central Huron Secondary
School, Clinton
GENERAL
Courses will commence 18th October, 1965, and will
be held if a sufficient number of candidates register for
the course and providing instructors are available.
Refunds will 6e made only under these circumstances.
No classes will be held between 13 December, 1965,
and 10 January, 1966.
Courses will be conducted from 8 to 10 p.m. each Mon-
day and Wednesday except that the technical and academic
courses will be held from 7:30 to 10:30 -p.m.
The nights on which courses will be conducted are
shown for each subject.
In addition to fees mentioned hereunder alt candidates
are required to be protected by the Board's liability insur-
ance program. On enrollment $1.00 will be collected for
this purpose.
If you wish any courses not offered, please indicate
your interest in writing to Mr. R. Homuth, Principal, or
Phone 482-3471 before 4 October.

4 October and Wednesday 6 October, 'from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m.

Saturday, Sept. 19, at • 4 p.m.
The Rev. Robert E. MacLean
officiated at the double -ring
ceremony. The ' bride is the
daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Geo.
Wonch, Clinton, and the groom
is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Mat-
thew "Kelly, of Seaforth.
Organist for the occasion was
Mrs. Agnew, of Clinton, and
Mrs. Robert Homuth was solo-
ist.
Given in marriage by her
father, the bride chose a floor -
length '.gown of white "I Do"
taffeta, The bodice featured a
sweetheart, neckline, accented
with• Chantilly lace,long 141y -
point sleeves and a slightly,
dropped waist. The skirt swept
to a cathedral train, giving way
•to graceful bouffant .folds. The
front was etched with match-
ing . scallops of Chantilly lace
to form a panelled effect on
the skirt. A fingertip veil of
nylon tulle was held in place
by a wedding ring band of
Chantilly lace. She carried a
bouquet, of white Shasta mums

The bride was attended by
Miss Barbara Carter, 'Clinton,
as maid of honor, and Miss
Carrie Bennett, Port Burwell,
and Miss Marion Thomas, of
Thamesford, were bridesmaids.
They wore floor -length gowns
of pink peau de faille, styled
with Chantilly lace jackets. The
skirts were of controlled bell-
shaped design.
The groomsman was Mr.
Douglas Mills, Seaforth, and the
guests were ushered by Mr.
Neil Crozier . and Mr. Robert
Sharp, both of Seaforth.
A reception was held in the
Canadian Legion Hall, Guests
were present from Fort Erie,
Montreal, Quebec, Meaford,

ham,,
For a wedding trip to New
York State and Niagara, the
bride chose a two-piece rose
boucle walking suit with bone -
colored accessories.

Mrs. Cuthill, Mrs. Jas. Rose,
vice -grand, Mrs. Gordan Pap-
ple, Mrs. R. M. Scott and Mrs.
Allan Campbell were named a
committee to meet with mem-
bers, of Fidelity Lodge," IOOF,
to arrange a Friendship Night.
Tentative plans are to hold the
event in late' fall with a pot-
luck supper and a special pro-
gram.' Miss Linda Somerville,
who represented Huron district
on the Youth Pilgrimage to, the
United Nations this past sum.-
mer,
um-mer, is to be asked to address
the meeting. .
Members pledged continued
support to the Youth Pilgrim-
age. Members also plan to`
support the March of Dimes
Rehabilitation Foundation drive
with January, 1966, as campaign
month, and Jan. 31st as "blitz"
date. The committee named in

to avail themselves :of a "Tour
of a Lifetime" for 1967.

detail. Tentative dates for the
tour were set for August 14,
DUBLIN
The Dublin WI held their
September meeting at the home
-of Mrs. H. Pethick. Twenty-one
were present and -.10 visitors,
including the Bornholm ladies
who were invited.
Mr. C. Hansen showed slides
ton retarded children, and Mrs.
E. A. Langley explained the
work they are taught. They
have 17 children and intend to
build a larger school in the
near future. A gift was given
to Mrs. Langley.
Plans were made to enter-
tain the husbands at a card
party in . October.

X967. The Boy Scouts eligible,
must be a Registered Scout for
one year and beiig 13, but not
18, by the 1st of July, 1x67.
The tour is proposed to take
190 boys from 13 to 18, years,
and 25 leaders in five toilet
equipped buses, accompanied by`
related camping vehicles. Tour
mileage will total about 3,800
miles to points as far east as
Cape Breton.
A. pre -tour weekend camp
will be held in May rather than
the May District Jamboree. At
this time each eligible Scout
will, pay half of -his tour cost,
The cost per person on tour
will be a total of $125.00.
There will be periodical re-
ports from the Council on Can-
ada Centennial Tour. It is hop:
ed that every eligible Scout
will be able to avail himself of
this opportunity, since he will
have 23 months to accumulate
funds for tour expenses° and
spending money.
