The Walton UCW •meeting
was ,held at the church. Mrs.

ing done in the church kitchen
at present. A separate com-
mittee is to be set up to plan
the meals and lunch for the
' Centennial (two members from
each Unit, with Mrs: Emerson
Mitchell as convener).
Mrs. Ernest Stevens, manse
committee, reported that a new
stove had been purchased' for
the manse kitchen; also that a
chair had been purchased. It
was decided to present a Bible
to each newly -married member
of the church. Mrs. Harvey
Craig volunteered to redecor,
ate 'the flower stands. Flowers
for the churth for' Aqgust are
to be supplied by the Walton
Unit.
Mrs. E. Mitchell, president,
reported on recent Presbyter-
ial executive meeting,,held in
Clinton. She also reported for
the fowl supper program com-
mittee. It is the wish of the
UCW to have the program coni-
mence at 8 o'clock. Mrs. Nel-
son Marks inquired regarding
two lost flower vases. Each
Unit is to ask for volunteers to
help clean up 'after renovations
in the kitchen are completed.
The annual church ,picnic will
not be held this year.
Susan and Sandra, of North
Bay. spent the weekend with
Mrs. F. Marshall and Mr. and
Mrs. Barry Marshall.
Mrs. Gordon Kerr and Mrs.
P. M. McGale, of Toronto, were

Blyth, died Wednesday at his
home. He is survived by his
wife, Bernice; four daughters,
Mrs. Ruth Fieblekorn, Manito-
ba; Helen, Mary and Grace, at
home;. a son, George, Kitchen-
er; two sisters, Mrs. Mabel Kyle,
Kippen; Mrs. Gertrude Steckle,
Bayfield;, two brothers, 'Wilmer
and Ernest, Varna.
The body was at •the Tasker
funeral home, Blyth, where a
funeral service was held Satur-
day at 3 p.m. Burial was in
Bayfield cemetery.

- William W. B. Broadfoot, 63,
Tuckersmith Township, died
Wednesday at Huronview,.Clin-
ton. He is survived by a sis-
ter, Mrs. George (Agnes) Flew-
itt, RR 3, Seaforth.
A funeral service was held
Thursday at the Ball and Mutch
funeral home, Clinton. Burial
was in Harpurhey cemetery.

Township. died ,Monday, in St.
Joseph's Hospital, London. He
is survived by his wife, the for-
mer'Louise Siemon; three sons,
Harold, Gordon' and Mervin,
all of Logan Township; two
sisters, Mrs. Jonas (Mary) Ditt-
mer, Brodhagen t Mrs. William
(Louisa). Hoppenrath, Logan
Township.
The body is at the Lockhart
funeral home, Mitchell, until
Friday, when removal will be
made to St. Peter's Lutheran
Church, Brodhagen, for a fun-
eral service at 2:30 p.m. Burial
will be in the church ceme-
tery.
MRS. ALBERT 'O'REILLY
Mrs. Albert O'Reilly, 67, Sea -
forth, died in St. Mary's Hos-
pital, 'Kitchener, Tuesday. The
former Minnie „Cleary, she was
a daughter of the 'late Peter
Cleary and Mary Ann Dorsey.
Boal in Tuckersmith Town-
ship, '.11e was educated in St.
James' Separate School here.
In • 1916,- she Married Albert
O'Reilly, who -• survives. Also
surviving are three daughters:
Miss Bernice, Seaforth; Mrs.
Paul (Helen) Borg and Mrs. Ed-
win (Margaret) Martin, both. of
Kitchener; three sons, Joseph
and Frank, of Seaforth;, James,
Oshawa; her stepmother, Mrs.

Requiem High Mass will be
celebrated Friday at 10 a.m. at
St. James' Roman Catholic -
Church here. Rev. H. S. Laragh

is at the W. J. Cleary funeral
home until 9:45 a.m. Friday.
