Given in marriage by her
father, the bride chose a slim
sheath gown of Ligoda, with re -
embroidered Guipure lace appli-
que and a train of matching Li-
goda from the shoulders. Her
circular veil of silk. illusion was
caught by a crown of pearls and
crystals and her cathedral bou-
quet was of pink sweetheart
.roses, white feathered carnations
with white shantice and steph-
anotics.
Miss Eleanor Harrington of
,Lindsay as maid of honour and
Misses Adele Bryne and Judy
Murdock of Peterborough as
bridesmaids wore gowns in
maike with empire bodices of
Alencon lace and sheath skirts
and watteau trains of peau de
,sore. Four teirs of veiling were
caught by- their bow headpieces
and they carried colonial bou-
quets of pink carnations and
yellow and white shasta mums.
Terrence Ryan of Kitchener
was groomsman for his brother,
Eugene McMahon, the bride's
brother and William McLaugh-
lin of Seaforth ushered.
Miss Patricia Lynett played
the organ and Miss Jane Collins
was soloist,
Mrs. McMahon received in a
dress of Seafoarn s.hanting with
chantilly lace coat and wore a
blue hat of organza. She wore a
corsage of pink sweetheart rose
and feathered carnations.
The groom's mother wore a
pink lace dress and jacket with
matching picture hat. She wore
a corsage of deep pink -sweet-
heart roses and feathered carna-
tions.
Guests were present from
Hamilton, Guelph, Kitchener,
Stratford; Seaforth, Niagaarra
Falls, Ont., Scottsdale, Arizoda,
London, Ont., Marmora and Del-

oro.

over satin. The fitted bodice
featured a 'scalloped neckline.
enhanced with sequins . and
long lace lily point sleeves. A
crown of.seed pearls held her
elbow length veil of double
nylon tulle, trimmed with lace
and she carried a cascade bou-
quet of red sweetheart rises.
Mrs, Harold Workman, Sea -
forth, sister of the bridegroom
was matron of honor. She wore
a street length dress of blue
which featured a sherred cum-
merband waist and acetate
lace bolera. Her headress was
a white velvet bow and veil.
She tarried a cresent .bouquet
of pink mums. Miss Meta
Reeves, Seaforth and Miss Mar-
ion Flewitt, RR 3, Seaforth
'were bridesmaids, who . were

St. Thomas' Anglican Church,
Seaforth, on Saturday June 26,
1965, at 3 p.m., when Barbara
Gail Crich, youngest daughter
of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Crich,
RR 4, Clinton, became the
bride of Mr. Douglas Keith
Fraiser, of Seaforth, son of
Mrs. Jeanette Fraiser, Seaforth
and the late Mr. Grant Fraiser.
The church was decorate
With baskets of white and pink
peonies, orange blossoms and
lighted candles. Rev. Harry
Donaldson„ minister of the
church, officiated at the double
ring ceremony. • The organist
was Mr. Douglas Morgan, Clin-
ton, who pIayei traditional
wedding music and accompan-
ied the soloist, Mrs. Cleave
Coombs, Seaforth, who sang
"0 Perfect Love", before the
dressed• identical to the rf+aston
of honor. They carried cre-
sent -bouquets of yellow mums.
Little Patsy Crich, niece of the
bride was a winsome flower
girl in a dress' of yellow nylon
over taffetta, featuring a
smocked bodice trimmed with
sequins and matching headress.
She carried a nosegay of blue
mums with. matching stream=
ers. Raymond Drager, London
was best man.
The guests were ushered by
Wayne Rintoul, Kitchener, a
nephew of the groom and Har-
old Workman, Seaforth, broth-
er-in-law of the groom, Ray-
mond Snell, Centralia, nephew
of the groom was ring bearer.
He carried a white velvet cu-
shion:
The bride's mother received
the guests wearing a blue lin-
en sheath dress, with lace
trimmed jacket, matching blue
hat and white accessories. Her
corsage was .a white orchid,.
Assisting her was the groom's
mother who chose a flowered
dress, white accessories and a
white orchid corsage.
The receptionwas held in
the Orange Hall, Seaforth
which was decorated in the
pink and white thence, The
bride's table Was cente`5r ed with
a three tiered wedding cake,
pink candles in crystal hold-
ers.
For travelling, the bride
changed to a„ pink linen suit
with white accessories and a
corsage of white mums.
They will reside in Seaforth.
Guests were present from Kit -
c h e n er, London, Centralia,
Goderich, Brussels,Blyth, Cliri
ton and Seaforth.
Prior to their marriage, the
bride and groom were present-
ed with • a swivel rocker, has-
sock and magazine rack by the
employees of Highland Shoes
where they are both employed.
The bride was also honored at
showers held at •the homes of
•Mr. and Mrs. Charles Reeves'
and, Mrs. Helen Lane.
He refused to marry her: and
when she insiste. don knowing
the reason he told her: "My
father was a bachelor, and
what's good enough for my
father is good enough for. me..'.'
Spain had a flourishing tex-
tile .industry in the lith cen-
tury.

The bride given in marriage

length gown of white crepe,
which featured an A-line skirt
and a bodice of hand woven
lace. She carried' a bouquet of
yellow roses. Miss Donna Lyn -
maid of honor and Miss Katie
Scott and Miss Linda McDon-
ald, of Seaforth were brides-
maids. They wore identical
floor -length sheaths of pale
yellow arnel crepe with. white
accessories.
The groomsman was Mr. Ted
Lamont and Mr. Michael, Mal-
one 'and Mr. William ,Teall, all
of Seaforth were the. ushers.
reception was held in the
Church parlours. Guests were
present from Seaforth, London,
Oakville; Burlington and Nia-
gara Falls.
After a wedding trip to Mus-
koka, Mr. and Mrs. Pinder will
ne Shobrook, of Blyth was reside in Seaforth.

spent in reminising and looking
at old pictures.

Township of Hibbert are destroyed by the
date of June 18, 1965, and throughout the
