RCAF PROTESTANT CHAPEL
The Protestant Chapel at
RCAF Station Clinton held its
annual pi.cnic at Seaforth Lions,
Club Park. Approximately 275
members of the congregation
and children from the Church
School attended.
A program of races for the
children, .whin also included
novelty contests for the adults,
followed by a box lunch supper:
was enjoyed by all. Tee ,cream,
soft' drinks and coffee were
served.
.During the Balloon' Contest,
Wally Prest burst his first and
raced to the finish line with his
partener, Margo Marshall. to
win first prize. Also, Mrs. Margo
Marshall was able to locate her
shoes from about 25 other pairs
and came in for a win in the
shot race.

peanut and candy scramble.
Twenty-five yard f ace winners
in children's heats were Richard
Smith, Karen Howland and John
Boxall and in the 50 -yard race
Sharon Borden, Bryan Groves,
Fiona Nibiock and James Adams
were winners.
'The wheelbarrow race victors
were the team of William Coch-
rane with Douglas Silk in the
boys and Miss Glenda and Mr.
G. Wade in the couples events.
