ened the meeting with the _Call

sung. Mrs. Reg Lawson read
the invocation,Mes. Earle: Nott
read the Scripture lesson, Mat-
thew. 18:1-6 and Mark 10:13-16,
followed with prayer by Mrs.
Lorne Lawson. A duet by Kathy
Dale and Don Jewitt was much
enjqyed. Mrs. Reg Lawson then

THOMAS W. McMILLAN
• Themes W. McMillan, of Me-
Killop Township, died in Scott
.1VIemorial Hospital on- Tuesday,
in his 76th year. He had been
in hospital three weeks. Mr.
McMillan, a fernier all his life,
was born in MeKillop and at-
tended school at Roxboro. In
1916 he married the -former
Florence Vera Hunt, who sur-
vives, along with one son, Rob-
ert, and one daughter, Edythe,
Mrs. Francis Coleman, both of
McKillop, and five - grandchil-
dren. He was a member of
First Presbyterian Church, Sea -
forth.,. •
The body is resting at the G.
A. Whitney funeral home,
where funeral services will be
conducted by the Rev. D: O.
Fry on Friday, at 2 p.m. Inter-
ment will be in Maitlandbank
Cemetery.

States; of which she is the State
President of Arizona and that
State's delegate. Mrs. Archie

bert, Que., attended the ordina-
tion service last week when
• There died in Clinton Hospi-
tal on -Monday, Mrs. Archibald
Lamont, in her 79th year, fol-
lowing a short illness, Born and
educated in McKillop Township,
she was .the former Margaret
Ann 'Henderson. In 1910 she
married Archibald'Lamont, who
predeceased, her in 1955. She
was a member of Northside
United Church.
Surviving_ are three daugh-
ters: (Margaret) Ale. Albert
Ausnlan, Galt; Mary, of Ethel;
Nellie ,of Orillia; four sons,
Arnold, Hamilton; Donald, of
Windsor; Harvey, Delhi, ' and
Norman, Galt. A brother, Jas.
Henderson, of Seaforth, and two
sisters, 'Mrs. Ella McClure; Gfed-
erich, and Mrs. Lillian Wright,
Seafortin also survive, together
with 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services will' be held
from the G. A. Whitney funeral
home on Thursday at- 2 p.ni.,
with, ithe Rev.' J. C. Britton of-
ficiating. Interment will be in
Maitlandbank cemetery.
