CONFIRMATION SERVICE at St., _Thomas' Anglican

Power service throughout a
large part of the town was in-
terrupted for nearly half an
hour Friday evening, when a
car'w'as in collision with a high
tension pole at the corner of
Goderich and Jarvis .Streets.
PUC manager R. J. Boussey
, said it couldn't have happened
to a•^worse pole. The pole ear-

provides for interchange of
power between the two sub-
stations serving `the town.
