It is with conflicting feelings
that we gather here this eve-

neighbors. Hovdever, this is
tempered with a feeling of glad-
ness, knowing that you are
alinQt to enjoy a well-earned
and deserved fest.
"Sometimes the words of the
English language are inadequate
to express our feeling, and this
is the position we find our-
selves in now. And so, without
further words, may we, your
friends and neighbors, • present
this small gift in apilreci;ation
of your many acts of kindness
and neighborliness to us during
your association with us, and
may God bless and .bestow upon
you health and happiness for
many years to come in your
