The: present Article No. 1 lim-
its the purpose and business of
the 'company to insuring against
fire 'and lightning.
'Article No. 33 Remuneration.
The proposed change is that the
President shall be paid $100.00
(one hundred dollars) annually
in addition to fids fees, instead
of $50.00 (fifty dollars) annually,
this to take effect from January
1. 1964.
